Racial Equity Program
The Lake County Community Foundation is launching an overarching racial equity program to enrich our values, practices and community investments. We are starting with our internal procedures, practices, and priorities to comprehensively provide racial equity resources, education and strategy to create a more equitable Lake County community.
Racial Justice Resources: LCCF has a Resource Hub on our website you can find here. These materials range from novels, books, articles, podcasts, documentaries, and movies on racial justice issues. This is a free resource for the community.

Training & Education: LCCF offers racial equity training and education workshops tailored to fit the needs of nonprofits, government entities and educational institutions. Workshops typically last a minimum of 1.5 hours to a maximum of 4 hours. You can find the list of trainings we offer here.
We can provide single sessions as well as program series depending on your needs and goals.
*Trainings start at $150-$400
Racial Equity Strategic Consultant: This opportunity is available to non-profit organizations serving Lake County. LCCF will meet with non-profit clients to create a tailored strategy to fulfil your racial equity goals. Options range from consultation to full consulting engagements.
