Lake County Community Foundation Reports to the Community:
Annually, we share our story via a Report to the Community illustrating our accomplishments and growth for the year. This is always a great opportunity for us to not only highlight our work, but also to show our gratitude for the incredible donors and our community that makes this work possible. Check out past reports below to see how we have grown through the years.

Portraits of Lake County – 2012
The Lake County Community Foundation partnered with Rob Paral and Associates to develop a series of reports that provide an in-depth analysis–or portraits–of particular Lake County populations and service areas. Several of the reports were commissioned on behalf of the Lake County Leadership Task Force (now The Alliance for Human Services) to better understand the gaps in providing services to those in need across the county.
To view all twelve reports, along with an interactive map of service providers and the estimated costs of actual service provision across the county, please click here.
