With each project we develop we seek to connect the literal work of building communities with the broader goals of community development. To that end, we are thrilled to announce the Everleigh Vernon Hills Fund, a donor advised fund held by the Lake County Community Foundation (LCCF).

Our goal is to raise $25,000 for LCCF to grant to programs that support construction workforce cultivation, education, and job training in Lake County. To kick off fundraising, Greystar has contributed $5,000, which has been matched by Focus, the project General Contractor.
