Realizing Excellence and Capacity Here (REACH)

REACH is a strategic growth program designed to provide critical funding opportunities for not-for-profit organizations serving the residents of Lake County. Agencies accepted into this three-year program will have demonstrated potential for growth and the ability to move to the next level in their development. To be considered for a REACH grant, organizations must have annual budgets no larger than $1 million, must be based in Lake County and have a mission that focuses on human services, education and/or health.

The foundation is no longer accepting applications for the REACH program.
